Azar Live provides a platform for real-time video and text communication between users. We facilitate random connections between consenting adults for social, cultural, and language exchange purposes. Our service is available globally to users 18 years of age or older.

We employ automated moderation tools and human reviewers to maintain a safe environment. Users can report inappropriate behavior through in-app tools. We may temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that violate our community standards. Suspension decisions are at our sole discretion but are based on clear evidence of policy violations.
The Azar Live platform, including its software, designs, logos, and trademarks, is our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your account information and non-content data to operate and improve our services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. USERS ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHERS ON THE PLATFORM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AZAR LIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS (WHICH MAY BE ZERO FOR FREE USERS).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Azar Live and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any lawful reason. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Azar Live operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
